Attached are corrected pages for Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMR's) for the llope Creek Generating Station submitted during 1991. The corrections noted in this report are not due to exceedances or omissions but rather due to the manner of which results are reported. These changes reflect the updated guidance provided by NJDEPE in the DMR Instruction Manual (Revised June 1991) and are being submitted in accordance with NJAC 7:14A-2.5(a)14viii. The corrections were discovered during a routine review of previously submitted DMR's and have not resulted in any new permit exceedances nor substantive changes to previously reported information. The corrections have been highlighted to facilitate updating your records.

I certify under penalty of law that I have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted in this document and all attachments and that, based on my inquiry of those individuals immediately responsible for obtaining the information, I believe the submitted information is true, accurate and complete.
