RoquLat.orv Procrams-(56 red. Rec. 664571 Dear Mr. Chilk On Docomber 23, 1991, thc U. S. !4uclear Regulatory Commission (liRC) published a notice requesting commet.ts on the compatibility of Agreement States Programs With 11RC Regulatory Programs.
These comments are submitted on behalf of Florida Power and Light Company (FPL), a licensed operator of two nuclear power plant units in Dade County, Florida and two units in St. Lucio County, Florida.
The Nuclear Management and Resources Council (NUMARC) is offering comments on the full range of issues raised by the Federal Register notice.
FPL endorses the NUMARC comments and recommendations.
Edison Electric Institute / Utility Nuclear Wasto and Transportation Program (EEI/UWASTE) is also providing comments with respect to the storage, treatment and dispoual of low-level radioactive waste.
FPL endorses the EEI/UWASTE comments and recommendations.
