NONCONFORMANCES RESULTING FROM STATUS ASSESSMENT Since the last report, Bechtel completion teams wrote 494 NCRs as a result of status assessment. As of 5/25/84, 1110 NCR's have been validated from
'Bechtel's status-assessment activity.

QUALITY VERIFICATION PROGRAM
SUMMARY
The Quality Verification Program completed its sixth month of reinspection on May 25, 1984. Reinspection continued in modules 800 (Service Water Building), 340 (Unit 2 Containment), 120 (Elev 584 Aux Building) and 102 (East Pipe Way) this month.
Reinspection was initiated in modules 330 (RB Unit 2 South D-Ring), 240 (Elev 659 Aux Building) and 150 (Elev 634 Aux Building) during this period.
Reinspections were performed in modules 900 (Yard), 130 (Elev 599 Aux Building) and 110 (Elev 568 Aux Building) to 0C0584-005A-CN04

complete reinspections statted in released modules. The Verification Program continues to support the module priorities while encountering no difficulties. The number of inspections completed and nonconformance reports issued for the period, and totals to date are shown in Attachment 1.
DISCUSSION BY MODUI-E

Module 800: At peak there were approximately three Civil, EJectrical and
-Mechanical inspectors reinspecting in module 800 during thic month. There.
were 34 Nonconformance Reports.(NCRs) initiated making a total to date of 441"NCRs. No new significant quality attribute problem was identified this month.
- Module '340: At peak there were approximately 26 Civil, Electrical and Mechanical inspectors reinspecting in module 340 during this month. There were.54 NCRs initiated making a total to date of 249 NCRs. No new signifi-cant quality attribute problem was identified this month.
Module 330: At peak there was approximately one Civil inspector reinspecting
=in module 330 during this month. There was no NCR written.
Module 240: At peak there were approximately 14 Civil, Electrical and Mechanical inspectors reinspecting in module.240 during this month. There were 10 NCRs inititated taking the total to date 10 NCRs. No significant quality attribute problem was identified this month.
Module 150: At peak there was approximately one Mechanical inspector reinspecting in module 150 during this month. There was no NCR written, Module 120: At peak there were approximately 22 Civil, Electrical and Mechanical inspectors reinspecting in module 120 during this month. There were 105 NCRs initiated making the total to date.232 NCRs. No new signifi-cant quality attribute problem was identified this month.
-Module 102: At peak there were approximately 26 Civil, Electrical and Mechanical inspectors reinspecting in module 102'during this month. There were 29 NCRs initiated making a total to date of 121 NCRs. No new signifi-cant quality nttribute problem was identified this month.
Module 900:- The Civil inspectors were reinspecting in module 900 to complete reinspections that were initiated in module 800. There was no NCR written.
Module-130: The Mechanical inspectors were reinspecting in module 130 to complete reinspections that were initiated in module 120. There was no new NCR written.

-NCR REVIEW The-NCRs in the Civil discipline generally pertain to the soundness of placed concrete and grout. The NCRs in the Mechanical discipline generally relate'to workmanship (i.e., porosity, surface appearance and are strikes).
'The NCRs in the Electrical discipline generally relate to damage, incorrect dimensions and lack of inspection criterion.
