Following is the information ve discussed during our phone conversation on August 9, 1995 about revisions to the flow rates to the plant storm drain systems during essential maintenance to be performed on the Perry Nuclear Power Plant service water and circulating water systems.
The changes pertain only to the pumping activities starting on or near 1/25/96. Instead of 10,000 gpd over a ten day period being pumped to the storm drain system on the east side of the plant site, the maximum flow vill be 50,000 gpd for a minimum of two days.
The maximum flov to the storm drain system on the vest side of the plant site vill be 130,000 gpd for a minimum of two days instead of 26,000 gpd for ten days.
Note that the total volumes to be' pumped have not changed.
The capacity of each storm drain system is 56,160,000 gpd; the proposed flows vill not exceed this value.
