'Ihis Physical i mplementation Transition Plan defines compensatory measures to be impicmented at the time civil construction impacts the present security system.
The PhysicalImplementation Transition Plan supplements the approved Calvert Cliffs Se:urity Plan, it does not degrade the commitments of that Plan and is being submitted under the provisions of
=10 CFR 50.54(p). Preliminary construction began in mid. December,1991 and it is our intention to proceed with this prograrn as project schedules dictate.
