LaSalle County Nuclear Power Station Unit 1 Withdrawal of Request for Approval of Relief Request RI-32 NRC Docket Nos. 50-373 l
REFERENCE:
Letter from G. G. Benes to USNRC, dated February 1,1995.
In the Referenced letter, Comed requested the NRC to approve Relief Request Al-32. Relief Request RI-32 requested relief pursuant to 10CFR 50.55a(a)(3)(ii) to extend the Initial Inservice Inspection Interval for Unit 1 approximately four months through the end of the LaSalle Unit 1 seventh refueling outage.
The purpose of this letter is to formally withdraw the requested Relief Request, as presented in the Reference, for LaSalle County Station Unit 1. The examinations of the Initial inservice Interval for LaSalle Unit 1 that require unit shutdown were completed during the February 1995 Unit 1 Forced Outage. Therefore, Relief Request RI-32 is no longer needed since all of the required examinations for the Initial inservice Interval for LaSalle Unit 1 that require unit shutdown have been completed.
