DUQUESNE LIGHT COMPANY Nuclear Power Division Beaver Valley Power Station FITNESS-FOR-DUTY REPORT PERFORMANCE DATA MRO SIX MONTH REPORT From January 1,1995 through June 30, 1995, our records indicate no confirmed positives in any of the program categories for the licensee or long-term contractor pools.

There were three confirmed positives recorded in the short-term contractor pool. All three individuals were denied unescorted access and returned to the contractor / vendor for further disposition.

l Follow-up to Previous MRO Reports As previously reported, in the Performance Report of June 30,1994 through December 31, 1994, one licensee employee experienced a confirmed positive in the for-cause/ observed behavior program.

The employee was denied unescorted access, evaluated by the EAP provider, and completed an intensive out-patient rehabilitation program on December 30,1994. On January 3,1995, the employee was returned to work and placed in the follow-up program. On June 1,1995, the employee elected retirement. Unescorted access was never reinstated.
