Power Station, Unit No. I and No. 2 BV-1 Docket No. 50-334, License No. DPR-66 BV-2 Docket No. 50-412, License No. NPF-73 Typed Pages for Technical Specification Change Nos. 212 and 78 i Attached are the final technical specification pages for issuance of amendments in response to the Duquesne Light Company request for Technical Specification Change Nos. 212 and 78. This letter describes editorial changes to the October 11, 1994, , application proposing operating license changes. One editorial change revises the note . numbers applicable to Table 3.3-1, Action Statements 2 and 7. Note (3) appears twice, j therefore, the Action Statement 2 notes have been changed to (4) and (5) and the note ' applicable to Action Statement 7 has been changed from (5) to (6). The notes applicable to Action Statement 2 are also described in the last page of Bases 3/4.3.1 and 3/4.3.2 for both units; therefore, the Bases have also been modified to address this numbering change. In addition, an editorial change has been incorporated in the last page of Bases 3/4.3.1 and 3/4.3.2 for both units by replacing reference to SR 4.2.4.b with SR 4.2.4. This will make the Bases consistent with the new Table 3.3-1, Action Statement 2, which refers to SR 4.2.4.  ! l l If you have any questions regarding the attached information, please contact Mr. G.
