On November 27, 1991, TV Electric discovered a linear indication in a 10-inch 150# flange on a vendor-supplied spool in the Auxiliary feedwater System.

The depth of the indication was such that after it was ground out, the minimum wall thic6 ness 1r the region was marginally less than the manuf actur er'r minimum wall, The reptertability evaluation for this issue is continuing and is scheduled for completion on february 27, 1992.

The next report on this issue will be submitted upon completion of the evaluation.
