Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 Reactor Containment Building Integrated Leak Rate Test During the period of December 23 to 25,1983, an Integrated Leak Rate Test (ILRT) was performed on the Millstone Unit No. 2 Containment Building in fulfil (lrpent of Technical Specification 4.6.1.2.11, Northeast Nuclear Energy Comp By letter dated October 26, 1982 the 40+10 month surveillance interval for Technical Specification 4.6.1.2 may be exceeded and that unless contacted to the contrary NNECO intended to proceed with scheduling the ILRT for the end of the 1983 refueling outage. As NNECO had not been contacted to the contrary the ILRT was performed just prior to startup on the dates indicated above.
Mcnce, pursuant to the provisions of Section V.B of Appendix 3 of 10CFR50, NNECO hereby submits a summary technical report of the subject test.
We trust you will find the attached report sufficient to fulfill the requirement of Appendix 3.
