This will confirm our telephone conversation of yesterday.

The Sargent & Lundy engineering evaluations are available for our review. As I told you, we are in the process of looking for consultants or other technical help to aid our search of these documents. Accordingly, we will ' notify you as soon as we are able to review them. You indicated that keeping the documents available would not be objectionable.

You also indicated that you will wait until a formal Board order is issued on the scope of the proceeding before filing a formal response to. our discovery. We have no objection; this is premised on your representation that your of fice will prepare a summary of the documents available for our review in your offices.

Again, some of the matter may have to await technical help. As soon as the summary is received, we will let you know whether some - or all - of thedocuments can be reviewed immediately.
