Appendix A of the Operating License for the frairie Island Nuclear C,nnrating Plant. This request is submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Section 50.90.

This amendment changes Engineered Safeguards Features Equipment surveillance frequency intervals from monthly to that required by the ASME Code,Section XI, Inservice Testing Program.

Exhibit A contains a description of the proposed changes, the reasons for requesting the changes, and a Safety Evaluation / Determination of Significant Hazards Consideration. Exhibit B contains marked up Prairic Island Technical Specification pages. Exhibit C contains revised Prairie Island Technical Speciff cation pages.
