'C Fitness for Duty Program Six Month Performance Data EIINESS FOR DUTY PROGRAM
SUMMARY
During this reporting period, approximately 25.9 percent of the population have been randomly tested. There were no positive tests resulting from ramdom selections.
POSITIVE RESULTS:
During this reporting period, there were two positive results from pre-access testing. One sample yielded positive results for marijuana. This sample was not above the cut-off established by the NRC, but exceeded the Company criteria.
The second sample was positive for cocaine.
MANAGEMENT ACTIONS:
Access was denied for the employees that tested positive on pre-access analysis.
Management was notified and the individuals' files were annotated of the positive result and management's actions.
Presently, there are two employees participating in follow-up programs.
Eighteen follow-up tests have been administered collectively to these employees. All results have been negative.

The board concluded that the testing process and the decision of the Medical Review Officer were properly executed and the determination of positive was

Management agreed to assist a contract company with the implementation of their Employee Assistance Program.
Eleven breath samples were administered in cooperation with this effort.
