JOSEPH M. FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 NARRATIVE
SUMMARY
OF OPERATIONS APRIL, 1984 The Cycle V-VI refueling outage continued into the month of April.
The unit was returned to service on April 24..A manual shutdown occurred on April 24 for performance of the turbine overspeed trip test.
The following safety-related maintenance was performed in the month of April:
1.
' Performed miscellaneous maintenance on diesel generators.
2.
Removed, inspected and reinstalled various hydraulic and mechanical snubbers.
3.
Repaired head manual vent valve.
4.
Replaced seal injection filters.
5.
Replaced reactor coolant filter.
6.
Installed balance weight on C RCP coupling.
