Per request of fir. G. Pirtle of your staff, this letter provides clarification of our site procedures for distribution of safeguards material, as a follovup to our March 21, 1985 letter (PY-CEI/01E-0033 L) on the same subject. All safeguards information is controlled through our Safeguards Clerk in the Perry Document Control Center, who makes distribution of documents to site personnel. Attached is a matrix which describes the method through which we vould prefer to receive safeguards information.
