Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and nineteen copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Amendment to its July 31, 1979 Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This Amendment revises the Company's earlier Application relating to use of containment vent and purge valves to reflect subsequent NRC Staff guidance on this matter.
