- 1) ULNRC-2 4 2 0, Date.d June 11, 1991 Furnished herowith for your review and approval is a copy of Change Notice 90-10 to the Callaway Plant Operating Quality Assurance Manual (00AM) consisting of the following:
1.
OQAM (Change Motice 90-10) mark-up, identifying changes through the use of inserts and strikeovers.
2.
Explariations and justifications for changes to the OQAM.
The proposed revisions provide for the processing of QA originated corrective action documents consistent with all siullar clocuments.
Specifically, in-line QA approval of L
responses and verificution of actions to correct deficiencies i
has been deleted; in addition, Section 16 has been rewritten i
to simplify preparation of corrective action procedures.
Pursuant to the requirements of 100FR50.54 (a) (3), the changes have been evaluated by Uplon Electric.
The change-involving deletion of in-line QA review of the above noted documents is.
considered to be a lessaning of commitment, and requires your approval prior to implementation.
Tne revised oQAR-continues to satisfy the requirements of 10CFR50,' Appendix 3.
