Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and nineteen copies of Pniladelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56 and Amendment to May 23, 1980 Application. This application requests changes in the Peach Bottom 2 and 3 Technical Specifications to reflect changes to the Licensee's organization and personnel related to operational and review responsibilities for the Peach Bottom facility.
In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regulations, I am enclosing a check payable to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission in the amount of $1,600 to cover the filing fee for this filing.
