Now that's the problem see, it's a revision, there's no due date when you have to have it sent in by. They can'take as long as they like.
Mosbaugh: Well - -

Mosbaugh: I'm not sure that's true.
Webb:
(inaudible) in the NRC's mind.
Mosbaugh: The LER revision has no due date on it, but the obligation to correct false or misleading information has a time clock on it. Unfortunately, that time clock ran out.
Webb:
There is no period of two days or thirty days to correct a misstatement or correct error.
Mosbaugh: Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah. It's not stated in terms of days. It's stated in terms of intent. Okay and that intent is very rapidly... the regulation, read Title 2 or 50.9.
