Dear Ernie and John:
I am writing in regards to "Intervenors Motion to compel Production of Affidavits in the Possession of Georgia Power company."
On page 7, in the top paragraph which carries over from page 6, item number "5" presently reads: "(Mr. Aufdenkampe) allowed Mr. Mosbaugh to physically review a copy of an affidav:.t prepared by GPC's counsel."
In order to clarify any ambiguity which may have been caused by the use of the word " allowed" in item number 5, for the record Mrs. Aufdenkampe was the individual who gave Mr. Mosbaugh access to and permission to review the affidavit.
Mrs. Aufdenkampe offered this review to Mr. Mosbaugh and she expressed concern over the pressure GPC's lawyers were exerting _upon her husband relative to the affidavit.
