- 4) UIMC-2513 dated November 13, 1991 Reference 1 transmitted the Callaway Plant Cycle 5 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR).
References 2 and 3 revised the W(Z) functions and transmitted the updated W(Z) curves to NRC, respectively, as Revision 1 of the Callaway Cycle 5 COLR.
Reference 4 provided re/isions to rigure 2 and Section 2.4.1 of the callaway Cycle 5 COLR, representing Revisions 2 and 3 of the COLR.
Attached please find Revisions 4 and 5 to Soutions 2.1.1 and 2.1.2 of the COLR.
Revision 5 represents the latest approved values for the end of cycle life (EOL) Moderator Temperature Coef ficient (MTC) limit and - for the 300 ppm MFC surveillance limit.
Revision 4 represents interim changes to these same limits, later superseded by the Revision 5 values.
Revision 4 is attached for completeness only.
The Revision 4 HTC limit changes were a result of the utilization of existing FSAR Chapter 15 analysis margin.
The Revision S MTC limit changes roquired evaluations and sensitivity studies of the effects of using a more positive Moderator Density 9112200012 911212
