NRC Response to Mission Critical Functions Monitoring plant activities remotely through inspections and oversight Maintaining emergency response capabilities with Regional IRCs and HQ Limiting and risk-informing on-site inspections by residents and region-based inspectors

NRC Response to Additional Actions Expanded use of telework Ongoing Review of Continuity of Operations Plan Coordinating actions with industry to minimize inspection impacts while protecting inspectors and plant staff

V.C. Summer Plant Response The V.C. Summer priority is maintaining the health and safety of its employees.

The site is engaged in social distancing by conducting virtual meetings and having employees telework when possible.

Work on site will be focused on a narrow set of responsibilities to ensure customer needs are met.
