April 25, 1991 meeting to discuss Security Plan changes and withdrawal of March 27, 1991 Security Plan Revision 12 submittal.
This letter and its attachments provide, the latest revision oflthe Indian Point 3 (IP3) Security Plan as required by 10 CFR-50.54-(p).
.This revision does not decrease the plan's safeguards effectiveness.. Comments.from NRC Headquarters and Region I security personnel'are reflected in the changes.
In addition,'the Authority has incorporated-changes which reflect the company's reorganization and corrected grammatical style r.nd syntax errors.
-The enclosures are identified as Safeguards and proprietary-Information' covered under 10 CFR 73.21 and 10 CFR 2.790.(d)
(1).
The Authority requests that upon receipt of this correspondence, you inventory the contents and return the Document Receipt Form to the IP3 Security Manager, Mr. J.
