Attached you will find the Annual Environmental Operating Report as seguired by the Operating License, Appendix B, Section 5.4 for Tacility Licensen NPT-37 and 66.
The-period of the. report is from January 1, 1991 to December 31, 1991.
The' report.was reviewed against the objectives of tho Environmental Protection Plan as stated in Section 1.0 Appendix B to the Operating License, and it has

-been determined that these objectives are being met.
A summary and analysis of the results cf environmental protection activities required by Appendix B, Section t.2 are provided:in Attachment A.
LThere were no non-compliances to-the-Environmental Protection Plan; therefore, no. corrective actions were. required-by Appendix B, Section 5.4.1(1).
There were no changes in Station design, operation, or tests and experiments which involved;a potentially significant unreviewed environmental
_ question as defined in Section 3.1.
There were no non-routine reports submitted per Section 5.4.2.
