As Mr. T. G. Therkildsen (OPPD) indicated to Mr. W. C. Walker (NRL Project Manager) in a telephone conversation on July 30, 1991, OPPD discovcred input errors in the Cycle 14 Small/Large. Break LOCA Analysis (item 2 of Reference 2) and must delay submittal of that report until September 1991.
