We are reserving Licensees' Motion for Reconsideration of Memorandum and Order Granting Petitioner Intervenor Status and/or for Referral or Certification of the Question of Whether the Licensing Board Properly Admitted a Moot Contention in This Proceeding, which was originally served upon the parties on May 23, 1984 by Express Mail and on May 24 by hand-delivery.
We attempted unsuccessfully to reach both you and Mr. Ken Lawrence in order to get a street address which was needed for us to 4-serve you with a copy of our pleading by Express Mail.
Because we were unable to reach you, we used the only address in our files which has a street name and number on it.
We were advised by Federal Express that our package was undeliverable because you apparently have moved.
We were unable to obtain a sufficient forwarding address for expedited delivery.
To avoid this problem in the future, please provide us with a full address including a street name ard number.
