Millstone fiuclear Power Station, Unit flo. 3 Modification of Environmental Impact Monitorina Studies Paragraph 6 of the Council's Decision and Order in Docket No. 4_, dated March 22, 1976, requires that Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (liNECO) inform the Council of all modifications in its environmental impact monitoring studies at the Millstone Nuclear Power Station (MilPS) and the results there-from. On behalf of NNECO, Northeast Utilities Service Company (NUSCO) hereby provides in Enclosure 1 details of the ecological studies proposed for 1992 at MNPS. No substantive changes were made to most sampling programs, except for one change proposed for the Exposure Panel program.
