This letter provides our responses to those issues. There are several areas of disagreement between the NRC Staff and Northern States Power Co. concerning the Monticello Security Plan.
Following your review of the responses to the identified issues we would like to meet with you to resolve these differences.
The attached responses contain Safeguards Information as identified by the Commission in 10 CFR 73.21.
These responses should not be made available for inspection and should not be placed in the public document room.
