Enclosed for the information of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board and the parties involved in the litigation of the severe accident risk assessment issues, are several pages from the draft evacuation time study which is being submitted to PEMA.

The pages are those which, as the result of a very brief review, I consider to be most related to the issues presently being litigated.

The entire document is being reproduced and will be provided to the parties in-volved with the severe accident issues next week.

The draft document will be put in final form following the emergency planning exercise on July 25 and the receipt of any comments from PEMA and the counties.
