Docket Nos. 50-458 and 50-459
Dear Gentlemen:
I would like to apprise the Board of the fact that, based upon discussions with all parties, the sciadules of all parties to the River Bend operating licensing proceeding would permit a hearing on emergency planning to be conducted l
in December 1984, a month earlier than the date set in your Memorandum and Order of May 3, 1984.
In such event motions for summary disposition on such contentions would be l
eliminated.
I would appreciate the Board's consideration of this.,
l.
l Sincerely,
