Dear Mr Ziwaann M(UTICELLO NUCLEAR GENERATING P1 ANT Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Appendix I Filing In response to your letter of February 23, 1976, we are sulaitting such infomation as is necessar/ to evaluate the means employed at the Monticello Plant for keeping levels of radioactivity in ef fluents to unrestricted areas as sow as practicable, including information as is required by paragraphs 50.34a (b) and (c) not already contained in the Jocket.
I We are also sutaitting information concerning our proposed Technical Specification developed for the purpose of keeping releases of radioactive materials in unrestricted areas during normal reactor operation, including expected operational occurrences, as low as practicable.
The enclosed infomation is organized according to the Enclosures 1 and 2 of your guidance letter.
Af ter you have reviewed our sulaittal, we would be pleased to meet with you to dis-cuss our methods of evaluation to shcw confomance with Appendix I, and our propo9ed Technical Specifications for the purpose of keeping releases of radioactive materials in effluents as lov as reasonably achievable.
