hlillstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 Core Operating Limits Reoort - Revision 4 The hlillstone Unit No. 2 Core Operating Limits Report (COLR) has been revised to change the Total Integrated Radial Peaking Factor (F,L) limit. An error was recentl discovered between the wording used in the'rechnical Specification requirements for F,{
and the assumptions used in the plant safety analyses. Past,lant operation wns re-viewed, and it was determined that the plant was always, operate (
within the assumptions used in the safety analyses with respect to the F,1 requirements. This revision clarifies the F,T limit, as well as the power dependent F,r limits which are to be used in the specification ACTION statement.
In accordance with the htillstone Unit No. 2 Technical Specifications, Section 6.9.1.7.d.
NNECo hereby submits Revision 4 to the hlillstone Unit No. 2 COLR.
