Proposed Rula, 10 CFR Part $1 Gentlemen The purpose of this letter is to submit an endorsement of coments provided to the Nuclear Regulatory Comission by Nuclear Management and Resources Council, Inc. (NUMARC).
The proposed Rule establishes new requirements for environmental review of applications to renew operating licenses for Nuclear Power Plants.
A draft Regulatory Guide, a draf t Generic Envirornental Impact Statement, a draft Environmental Review Plan, and a draft Regulatory Analysis were published concurrently.
Wolf Creek huclear Operating Corporation considers N'A1 ARC's comments on all these documents to be valid and approp-late.
