BASIS FOR SCHEDULE CHANGES FROM APRIL 26, 1991 TO MAY 3, 1991 CODE EXPLANATION OF CHANGE 1) IRTS START UP - The current start date for this activi-ty is now 19 Vorking days earlier than last reported. This is attributed to the partial recovery of last weeks schedulo slip in the design, fabrication and testing of the hydraulic arms required for column survicing. It should be recognized however that the current October 11, 1991 date for adding caustic to the tanks is 4 days later than WVHS's committed dato for start up, October 7, 1991. This delay continuos to bo caused by the hydraulic arms. I l l
