On October 28,1991, we notitled you of our implementation schedule for the Emergency Response Data System. Our expectat;on was to receive the NUS. developed send-system softwam by the end-of January,1992. We have since learned of a delay in delivering this software. We have also learned that you did not know of our intent to utilize it.
We contacted Mr. John Jolicoeur of yout staff on January 22,1992 to request placement on the list of utilities receiving the software.
We have also adjusted the implementation schedule to E
accommodate the software delivery timetable.
Gir revised implementation schedule is attached for your review.
