TO APPLICATION FOR AEC TYPE 10lbi LICENSE AND CONSTRUCTION PERMIT FOR A UTILIZATION FACILITY INVOLVED IN THE CONDUCT OF DEVEI4PMENT ACTIVITIES LEADING TO THE DEMONSTRATION OF THE PRACTICAL VALUE OF THE FACILITY FOR C04MERCIAL PURPOSES Northern States Power Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, applicant for an operating license and construction permit for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, hereby amends volume II of its application to include Appendix G to the Facility Description and Safety Analysis Report. Appendix G, entitled Site Assembly of the Pressure Vessel, is an additional appendix to be added to volume II of the Facility Description and Safety Analysis Report.

This amendment to the application for a construction permit contains no restricted or other defense information.
