• APPLICATION FOR AEC TYPE 1014b LICENSE AND CONSTRUC* ION PERMIT FOR A UTILIZATION FACILITY INVOLVED IN THE CONDUCT OF DEVELOIKENT ACTIVITES LEADING TO THE DEMONSTRATION OF THE PRACTICAL VALUE OF THE FACILITY FOR COH4ERCIAL PURPOSES Northern States Power Company, a corporation organized under the lava of the State of Minnesota, applicant for an operating license and construction permit for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant, hereby amends its application by submitting its 1966 Annual Report to stockholders.

The amendment to the application for a construction permit contains no re-stricted or other defense information.
