20555 Dear Mr. Collins; It is the purpose of this letter to document information given to you by Mr. J. R. Pasch during a phone conversation of September 16, 1976. As was stated, an annual requalification exam for licensed operators was not administered in 1975. The previous examination had been administered in September of 1974 and it was the intent to conduct the latter examination in September of 1975; however a refueling outage from September to November of 1975 prechded administering the examination.
The actual examination was given in January and February of 1976. Because of the aforementioned scheduling problems no examination was given during calendar year 1975.
The next examination is scheduled for January and February of 1977.
It is felt that administering the examination during the first of the year will climinate future scheduling conflicts.
