of Technical Specifications, Appendix A of the Provisional Operating License for the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant. This change request has been reviewed by the Monticello Operations Cournittee and the Safety Audit Comittee.
The proposed changes revise the Technical Specifications coverMg safety related hydraulic snubber operability and surveillance requiremet.ts to conform to the recomended Technical Specifications contained in a letter dated December 17, 1975 from Mr Dennis L Ziemann, USNRC.
We have determined that these changes do not invalve an unreviewed safety question.
