Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Status of Monticello Augument ed Of fgas System Amendment No. 11 to Provisional Operating Licence No. DPR-22 for tic Monticello Nucicar Generating Plant was authorized by your letter of September 17, 1975.
This amendment revised sections of the Monticello Appendix A Technical Specifi-cations relating to operation of the Augmented Offgas System. These revisions were not reqtired to be placed permanently in effect until the system becomes full operational.
Testing of the Augnsented Of fgas System, including modifications made during the Autumn 1975 refueling outage, is continuing. A number of equipment de-ficiencies must still be resolved and the system cannot be considered fully operational at this time.
We assume that the request contained in your letter for written notification when the system becomes fully operational rel, ted solely to the implementation of the new Technical Specifications.
All Technical Specifications contained in Amendment No. 11 were administrative 1y placed into effect on October 1,1975.
