To whom it may concern:
Pursuant to the Fre dom of Information Act, U.S.C.
522, as ammended, the Nuclear Awareness Network requests the following documents regarding the Wolf Creek Nuclear Power Plant.
Please consider " documents" to include reports, studies, test results, correspondence, memoranda, meeting notes, meeting minutes, working papers, graphs, charts, diagrams, notes and summaries of conversations and interviews, computer records, and any other forms of written communication, including internal NRC Staff memoranda.
The documents are specifically requested from, but not limited to, the following offices of the NRC:
Office of the Analysis and Evaluation of Operational Data (AEOD); Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR); Office of Nuclear Regulatory Research (Research); Office of Inspection and Enforcement (I&E); Generic Issues Branch of the Division of Safety Technology, and the Operating Reactors Branches of the Division of Licensing.
1 Pursuant to this request, please provide all documents pre-pared or utilized by, in the possession of, or routed through the NRC related to:

The 345kv Transmission Line identified as connecting the Wolf Creek Generating Station with Kansas City Power and Light's West Gardner Substation and any staff reviews, decisions, and schedules relating to the denial by the Kansas Corporation Commision for siting permit.
In our opinion, it is appropriate in this case for you to waive copying and search charges, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552 (a)
(4)(A) "because furnishing the information cand be considered as primarily benefiting the general public."
The Nuclear Awareness Network is a non-profit organization serving and providing information to the general public.
