Ke have been asked by Mr. L. J. Wachter, Vica President - Power troduction and syster Operations, to respond to your notice of violation dated October 15, 1973, which war directed to hin.

The following presents our connents on the specific violations and our plan to correct any deficiencias in the Radiological Environnental Monitoring Frogran.

Violation 1 1.

Due to lack of rainf all during the three sanplirig per-iods listed above, it was impossible to perform a tritium enalysis on the lin ited contents of the f allout pots.
