FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST

Dear Mr. Felton:

On behalf of the New England Coalition on Nuclear Pollution, I request that the documents described below be made available for review at the Commission's Public Document Room in Washington, D.C. All of the documents relate to "Seabrook Station Probabilistic Safety Assessment, Main Report," prepared by John Garrick, Pickard, Low and Garrick, Inc. in December of 1983.

1. Please release all review documents by Staff and/or contractors with the NRC regarding the Seabrook Station PSA.

2. Please release any independent calculations performed by the Staff or NRC contractors using data from the Seabrook Station PSA.
3. If the NRC has made any co- racts with outside firms or agencies to review the Seabrook Station PSA, please release any documents showing the terms of the contract, including but not limited to the names of the principal investigators, the name of the firm or laboratory, the contract number, the FIN number, and Form 189.
