The need for the availability of the Monticello nuclear gen-ercting plant in May, 1970 as part of the Northern Statec Power Company cystem is described in the attachment to the letter from Mr. D. F. McElroy to Mr. Harold O. Price, dated Novem-ber 15, 1966', which proposed a schedule of information cub-mittals and meetings in order to facilitate the incuance of a construction permit on schedule.
