I am writing to update FOIA-83-583.
Your office previously responded on October 21, 1983.
I would like, at this time, to request that documents filed subsequent to the last response be made available.
This office is on the service list for Docket Nos. 50-440/441.
It is unnecessary to duplicate those documents.
This office would also like to expand its request, pursuant to 5 U.S.C.
55552 et seq., to include docu-ments in the possession of tee Nuclear Regulatory Commission outside of Docket Nos. 50-440/441 which identify construction problems at the Perry Nuclear Plant units 1 & 2.
As a state agency representing the citizens of the State of Ohio, I request that any fees be waived in accordance with the Freedou of Information Act.
