Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed please find three (3) copies of the final update of the Unit 2 Baseline Inspection Report (ASME Section XI) with signatures of Authorized Inspector.
These copies are intended for delivery to Mr. A. Bournia, as previously instructed.
The information assembled into designated update packages to facilitate revision of the multi-volume report.
New covers are provided for Volumes 15 and 16.
Inserts are to be added per the instruction sheets for each update package.
Some transfer between volumes is necessary to get all the data into the full report.
Needed separators and tabs are also included.
The visual inspection of ~ hangers and support elements is also includea in this baseline report.
Enclosed for your use are also one signed original and forty (40) copies of this letter.
