Enclosed are Revisions 2 and 3 to the Beaver Valley Power Station Physical Security Plan (PSP), Part I, Base Plan.
Revision 2 involves changes to the protected area perimeter barrier. This includes pages 3-1 and 3-2 as well as Figures 3-1, 3-1A, 3-2, and 3-3 of the Base Plan.
In addition, page 7-4 is being resubmitted as Revision 3 to revoke a change in Issue 3 (and modified in Revision 1) which was disallowed as a 10CFR50.54(p) change (reference Thomas T. Martin letter to J. J. Carey dated January 26,1984).
The changes in Revision 2 and 3 have been reviewed and judged not to consti-tute a degradation to the previous commitments in the PSP.
These changes, since they do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan, are being submitted in accordance with 10CFR50.54(p).
The enclosed materials are considered proprietary under the provisions of 10CFR2.790(d), and Safeguards Information under the provision of 10CFR73.21, and are thereby exempt from public disclosure.
