- chlorine effluent limitation was exceeded at Point Beach Nuclear Plant.
The total residual chlorine concentration in the Unit 1
. cooling water discharge'(outfall 001) was 0.71 mg/l on; March 4, 1992.
We have commenced an investigation-irto this incident.
