In accordance with the letter of June 19, 1984 from Mr. D. P. Hall to Mr. P. Karpa, we are enclosing our Program Plan (Rev. 0) dated July 1984, covering an independent design review for the Clir con Power Station. This is forwarded for your review and approval.
This Program Plan is intended to be fully responsive to your letters of June 19, 1984 and its referenced requirements related to the letter of May 31, 1984 from Mr. D. P. Hall to Mr. J. G. Keppler.
It also attempts to reflect the understandings developed during our meeting of June 28, 1984 with the NRC.
