' The corrective action for the lack of installation records q=c on the RilR 4160V switchgear included the following:

a)

Modifications to the mounting of the affected switchgear.were made which resolved concerns about the. indeterminate quality of the installation.

'b)

Installation records were located and checked for l'

other safety-related electrical equipment in the RilR complex and. major electrical equipment in the Reactor / Auxiliary Building which utilize wedge type

~

anchor. bolts.

Installation records were found to be complete and -acceptable. -

c) LA review of design drawings indicated that no other anchor bolt installations were of a design that would allow l improper use of leveling nuts.

.The four RiiR 4160V 'switchgear mountings were found to be a unique design.

All deficiencies and corrective actions associated with this item are identified and -tracked in Nonconformance Report-83-1252 and Design. Change Notice DCN-10387.
